If you ever wondered how a website is built and the process which takes place, we have just launched a new website yesterday on 12/30/2015. The new website is live at www.livecasinousa.com and you can watch as the website takes form and grows into a fully functional website. At present only the framework is built with a homepage which is not finished yet either. Watch daily as we continue to build and format this new website to get a better understanding of what all goes into the websites which you see and use everyday on the Internet.

When we start a new website we generally start with the very basics before formatting the website and making things look “pretty”. We usually will add and finish the homepage before we start to format the website and add colors, widgets and all the bells and whistles. Once we have a good homepage we will start to format the website so it appears correctly on the Internet and start to add the colors and text styling we want. We will work on the the style sheet until it is basically complete before moving on and creating more pages. This is also a good time to check to make sure your website is going to appear correctly when visitors are using mobile devices. If you are using a content management system like WordPress, many times the theme you will pick is mobile responsive. As time goes on one we will add new pages with the most basic pages coming first. Before starting a new website we always draw up a “structure” on how we want to the website setup. We will write out what the pages and sub-directories will be and usually always add all the sub-directories before specific pages. This way we have least a very high level of information on what the entire website will be about. As time goes on we will add pages that are more specific that appear in the different sub-directories.

Once we have all the content built into the website any final touches will be completed. Any special styles, colors, graphics etc. We always recommend to make sure all of your content is complete and correct before moving on to the final design stage. This way visitors can still access your website (even if it does not look all that appealing) and Google and other search engines will already have your website indexed and ready to appear in search results. Then as you add your final touches visitors are already finding your website.
